"Home educated Hettie Bunker from Birmingham joins 24 children and young people who will form the Department for Children Schools and Families National Children and Youth Board 2009-2011.
The two year Board will take on the role of advising Ministers and policy officials on the development of policy and practice that affects children and young people in England."
