Note:

Apparently the publications line (the 01623 number) are telling people that
"a copy of the consultation won't be available until AFTER it is closed".

I suggest people being told that or similar then ring the 01928 number to
make a formal complaint. As it is, it is ridiculous that consultations are
only online, dismissing a huge section of society, regardless of what the
consultation is. That is why they should let people get a paper copy of the
questionnaire to fill in.
